There are two chances to win and this contest is open to ANYONE (boys and girls, men and women) 13 years of age or higher! Makeup must be age appropriate and exude your best techniques and features. Plus, you must add at minimum, one favorite makeup tip you have seen, read or heard! We are so excited to see how you INK...it up! :-)
