We have received many requests to start breaking down the magazine make-up looks into a tutorial. We decided to start with Teens. Olivia was so excited to do this look. With Summer right around the corner we couldn't help but love the color concept.
Here is an easy how-to video under 6.5 minutes.

Celebrity Make-up Artist/Owner of www.inkcosmetics.com and Photographer Naiffer Romero of www.naifferphoto.com were thrilled yesterday as they created a classy and fun photo shoot for the six Authors of the book "Fourth Sunday." The ladies are heading to New York next week for their Book Tour and we couldn't have been happier; they chose us for their promotional images to showcase at this event and their future appearances.
To share with every woman who spends more time taking care of others than they do themselves. They too deserve a "Fourth Sunday" of their own!
Company Overview
FOURTH SUNDAY written by B.W. Read (aka “Because We Read”) is the tale of seven women and their journey towards friendship by way of a simple book club. Over time, their friendship grows beyond books, as their lives, relationships, careers, and families become one. The core group of women—Gwen, Natalie, Allana, Brianna, Camille, Destiny, and Adriane—shares not only their love of books at these monthly meetings but their life experiences as well. Over two years, the women undergo a number of trials within their own lives as they confront divorce, illness, romantic highs and lows, sexual experimentation, and career challenges. Throughout the good times and bad times, their book club family provides support, encouragement, laughter, and love.

Meet the ladies…
Gwen: the catalyst for the book club; an obstetrician/gynecologist, sports enthusiast who learns the hard way that finding and keeping love isn’t easy.
Natalie: workaholic Senate health committee chief of staff who must reexamine her career and life choices when confronted with a racial incident involving her boss.
Adriane: vivacious, twenty-something, climbing the corporate ladder while happily married and expecting her first child.
Brianna: jilted at the altar, she moves to Washington, D.C. and gets exposed to experimentation she didn’t expect.
Camille: beautiful, twice divorced mother of two, who shed her glamorous life in L.A. for Washington, D.C. and struggles to balance her job in banking, her children, and a new love.
Allana: a forty-something newlywed in her second marriage. After being single and independent for ten years, her marriage is strained by forces of nature beyond her control.
Destiny: a woman who has it all; a beautiful home, a career that earns her a six-digit income, a budding business venture in furniture design and a haunting past.

About Dana Linn Bailey
As a kid, she grew up being extremely active; playing various sports throughout her life, which resulted in her being
recruited to play soccer for West Chester University as a starting defender. Her athleticism helped her team to
playoffs and the NCAA’s her junior and senior year. It wasn’t until her four years of collegiate soccer came to an
end, that she started really getting into lifting. Dana decided to start going to the gym with her boyfriend (now
husband), Rob Bailey. She had a small background in lifting from high school, but Rob was a pretty serious lifter, so
she just basically followed him and did exactly what he did. In her words, “I lifted like the guys!”
With her very competitive attitude, she was constantly trying to up her weights, get her bench higher, do more pull-
ups... before long, she started seeing great results in muscle mass and tone. Dana knew of a couple girls at the
gym that competed in figure, so she decided that she would enter too! Her first show was the NPC Lehigh Valley in
2006. She got 6th place, and judges said she was “too hard.” A couple weeks later she competed at the PA
Championships and did not focus on dieting or drying out, and then won that show overall! She went on to compete
in many other shows doing pretty well at the amateur level, but at the national level, they said she was usually too
muscular, too hard, too lean, and was told to tone down the heavy lifting. Dana then took some time off, and came
back this past year in 2010 competing in the Tracey Greenwood Classic, which she took first in her class, and the
Overall. After not placing at Team Universe and Nationals in 2010, Dana was starting to get discourage...however,
right around December is when she first heard talk about a new women’s physique division.
Dana decided to compete in her very first show, which happened to be Jr. USA’s in Charleston, SC. She was able
to train exactly how she liked to train, hard and heavy! She didn’t have to sacrifice any muscle, like before. And
FINALLY, she came home with not only a first place trophy, but an OVERALL Champion!!! It was that show, where
Dana became the VERY FIRST IFBB Women’s Physique Pro in HISTORY and she set the standard for many girls
to come!!! Dana said she felt truly accomplished to have finally conquered her dream of becoming an IFBB Pro
athlete and also being named the first ever IFBB Physique Pro in history!!! 2012 will be her first year of competing at
the pro level. She looks forward to taking her training to the next level, and getting ready for up coming
competitions. Dana’s next goal is to make it to the Arnold and Olympia stage in 2013!!!!!
Besides training, Dana and her husband are completely focused on their own clothing line, FlagNorFail Inc., which
can be found at www.flagnorfail.com. It is a mixture of men’s and women’s apparel, designed and hand printed by
Rob, himself. They do not ship their designs to mass-produce their apparel. Everything is limited and printed in
house, to keep the line unique. In August 2011, they had their first FlagNorFail North-East Gym Tour, where the two
traveled to hardcore gyms around PA, NY, NJ, DE, MA and MD to promote their gear and obviously TRAIN like
ANIMALS!! They are currently planning their 2012 Summer Tour. Check out Dana Linn Bailey at her website,
www.danalinn.com, where she conducts online personal training for nutrition consults, training programs, weight
management and also contest prep for athletes in all areas. Stay tuned for Anna & Dana’s INK Cosmetic Tutorials!

WORDS FROM ALI:
Hi! My name is Ali Lord, I am a junior at Washington
College in Chestertown, MD. I am currently studying business management with a
focus on marketing and hope to continue my education at the Fashion Institute
of Technology in New York.I have always had a deep passion and
respect for the beauty and fashion industry and hope to pursue a career in
Fashion Marketing one day.
I am more
than excited and honored to be INK Cosmetics new Summer Marketing Associate! I
find the company truly inspiring and am looking forward to what lies ahead.
Here are a
few things about myself:
Favorite spring fashion trend: Floral prints and headpieces! I am
currently in LOVE with the spring music festival trends. The vintage inspired
pieces are the perfect way to welcome the warm weather. Nothing says spring
more than simple denim cutoff shorts, a colorful printed tank or crop top, and
a floral wrap headband.
Favorite spring beauty trend: Bright lips. Weather you prefer a red,
pink, or coral tone, bright lips are a simple and perfect way to freshen up
your entire look for spring.
Must have beauty product: Mascara of course. In my opinion, no
makeup routine is complete without mascara. Just one swipe changes the entire
effect of the beauty look and brings everything together. It creates that
dimension and drama that every girl lusts for!
Why INK? :I am extremely excited to start my internship with INK Cosmetics. I am
inspired by the growth of the company and am honored to be presented with the
opportunity to contribute to the INK Cosmetics community. I am eager to take my
first step into the beauty and fashion industry and look forward to the
valuable learning experiences that lie ahead of me!
I was hired to work with Ambient Eye earlier this Fall on a creative project for print and was on hold from sharing to submit the work. I absolutely loved doing this shoot! Model Jessie Landry was awesome! She has this innocent and youthful look to her that keeps you wanting more. I was amazed at her ability to transform without direction.
I remember watching The Neverending Story when I was younger. Such a fun and movie! One that helped unleash your imagination. If you haven't seen this I recommend you find it and watch. We are sure you will love it!
